It is easy to say hello to someone, or share a photo on Facebook but is it easy to share a story or product online?
My answer was always no, but then Kalatu came to my aid and I have learned the answer was really a whopping big Yes it is easy to create and share a story online. Here is my first video of me as I was introduced to the blog world (apologies for the sound).
Life before Kalatu:
Before I knew what blogging was I just used to visit and talk to people of all ages and backgrounds. It was difficult to keep up to date with people, especially those that did not use phones much. Though facebook has helped me stay in touch with my friends and family members, this was only good for sharing a picture or a short post. Times change and I wanted so much more. I am more than just a short post and have a lot to give.
I spent so many hours trying out different blogs and making a mess of so many web sites. I would try it for a while and just get board and start again. I realized I was missing something and going about it all wrong. Though I enjoyed making a blog page, there were just too many features and things I didn’t understand. I wasn’t even sure why I was doing it 2/3rds of the time.
Kalatu dug its claws into my brain. It gave me hope and stopped me going insane. Kalatu showed me the way forward and motivated me into coming up with ideas of my own. The best bit is that Kalatu showed me I didn’t need to have any knowledge of blogging, there is no need to spend an arm and leg on web hosting packages. Kalatu sorted this out for me and I got my 7 day trial here: Kalatu Blogging.
What on earth was I thinking before?
I was not born to be a procrastinating crab. Rather to learn and grow, to become part of a remarkable world of individuals. “Use your blog” , Kalatu had spoken. Kalatu’s wise words burrowed through me like no others before. I listen to Kalatu and I visit daily. Why? Because its fun, it’s simple to use and mainly because Kalatu is part of my blogging destiny and a dream come true.
The way seems clearer than before. I’m not sure what I was worried about, or why I couldn’t stick to what I was doing. All I know is my mind would wander and I would keep looking for the next good thing. Kalatu caught hold of me like a fly in a fly trap or a fish on a line, I was hooked. It reeled me in like mouse tracking cheese. I couldn’t help but take the bait. I made my first post in less than 20 minutes and that was record breaking for me.Kalatu took hold of my hand and brought me to a community of people.
Now I look forward to making a post from the comfort of my own home. I even find more time to see friends and share stories even more. Kalatu has set me back on the path to being a happier and better me. I may get a little anxious now and again but I won’t let that stop me. I just cant hide my excitement, so thank you Kalatu, thank you for finding me.
